How to pay

Thank you for choosing VanMan for your brand new van.

There are a number of methods of payment for your new van.

  • Debit Card – Processed immediately over the phone.
  • Credit Card – Processed immediately over the phone.  Charges apply to payments in excess of £1,000.
  • Faster Payments / CHAPS / TT - same day payment - please quote your order number as the reference.
  • BACS – clears in 3 working days - please quote your order number as the reference.
  • Cheque – post to our office address.  Can take up to 10 working days to clear the banking system.
  • Bankers Draft – post to our office address or deliver in person.  This can take up to 8 days to clear.

Ordering a van on finance

If you are ordering your van on a finance agreement, we will send you an order confirmation and finance documentation by email for you to sign.  You can either print, sign and scan your documents and email them to us or you can return them by post.

If you wish to send via post, please return to Vansdirect Ltd, Unit 6, The Courtyard, Imperial Park, Newport, NP10 8UL.

Once we receive your signed agreement and your proofs of identity have been verified, we will arrange for your vehicle to be prepped for delivery.

We will contact you to arrange any final balance payments that may be due and to arrange a suitable delivery date for you.  Full balances must be paid and cleared before the vehicle is delivered to you.
