We will confirm receipt of your complaint at the first opportunity.
Once we have received your complaint we aim to investigate and provide a response within 5 days.
We aim to resolve your complaint within 4 weeks of receipt. If this is not possible, we will contact you to explain why.
Should our investigation take longer, we will respond within 8 weeks of receipt of your complaint and advise you as to when to expect an outcome.
